When teams call us

Typical requests

A few of the situations this service is built for.

01

A GPU cluster needs liquid cooling

We install CDUs, manifolds and hoses alongside the rack build, then pressure test before power-on.

02

Racks run hotter than air can handle

Rear-door heat exchangers add cooling capacity at the rack without reworking the whole room.

03

A leak alarm in the middle of the night

The 24×7 support desk dispatches an engineer to inspect, isolate and report back with photos.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can't find your answer? The support desk is available 24×7.

Ask the support desk
Which liquid cooling equipment do you work with?

Our engineers install and maintain the vendor equipment you specify, including CDUs, rear-door heat exchangers and direct-to-chip cold plates, following the manufacturer's procedures.

Do you pressure test before handover?

Yes. Systems are filled, flushed and pressure tested, with leak checks and flow and temperature results recorded at handover.

Is this part of your AI infrastructure work?

Often, yes. Liquid cooling usually goes in with GPU and high-density deployments. See AI infrastructure.
