Privacy policy

How Immix collects, uses and protects personal information on this website and through our support desk. Last updated 20 October 2026.

In short: we use the details you send us to answer your request and deliver our services. We don't sell your data, and this site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

01Who we are

This policy explains how Immix Technologies and its regional entities, including Immix Limited Company in Saudi Arabia (together, "Immix", "we", "us"), collect and use personal information through this website and when you contact our support desk.

Our headquarters is at #04-71, Lobby D, Ubi Tech Park, Singapore 408564. We also have offices in Malaysia, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, France, Sweden and Russia. The Immix entity you deal with is responsible for your information. If you are unsure which one that is, contact us using the details in section 12.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form: your name, company, work email, the service you're interested in, the data center or city, and the details of your request.
  • Email, phone and WhatsApp: anything you send to the support desk, including your name, contact details and the content of your message.
  • Service delivery: if you are a customer, we handle the information needed to do the work, such as site access details, contact names for facility staff, ticket notes, photos and reports.
  • Job applications: if you apply for a role, the information in your CV and application.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs: our website host automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time. This is used to run and secure the site.

Please don't send sensitive personal information (for example health or financial details) through the contact form, as we don't need it to answer your request.

03Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.

It stores two small items in your browser, only to make the site work as you'd expect:

  • Theme preference (immix-theme, local storage): remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. It stays until you clear your browser data.
  • Page position (immix-nav-target, session storage): makes each page open at the top or at the right section. It is deleted when you close the tab.

Neither item identifies you or is sent to us. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

04How we use your information

  • To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and confirm engineer availability.
  • To deliver our services: dispatching engineers, arranging site access, running tickets and reporting on completed work.
  • To manage our relationship with customers and suppliers, including invoicing and contract administration.
  • To keep our website, systems and support desk secure and to prevent misuse.
  • To assess job applications.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, tax and audit obligations, including those that come with our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making. We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

06Who we share it with

  • Immix offices and engineers in the region where the work takes place, so they can respond to your request.
  • Service providers who process information for us, including our website host and form handler (Netlify, Inc.), our email provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us there. They may only use it to provide their services to us.
  • Data center operators and facility staff, where we need to arrange access or coordinate work at a site on your behalf.
  • Professional advisers, auditors and certification bodies, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our rights, our people or others.

If Immix is involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred to the new owner under the same protections.

07International transfers

Immix works across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas, and some of our service providers are based outside your country. This means your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where the law requires it, we put safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses, and we only share what is needed for the purpose.

08How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact.
  • Customer and service records: for the length of the contract and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, tax, audit and warranty purposes.
  • Job applications: up to 12 months after the role is filled, unless you agree to a longer period.
  • Server logs: for the period set by our website host, typically a few weeks.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

09How we protect it

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and restricting information to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so if you have reason to believe your information has been compromised, please contact us straight away.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or update it;
  • ask us to delete it, or to restrict or object to how we use it;
  • receive it in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will reply within the time the law allows, usually 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, for example the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore, the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) in Saudi Arabia, or the supervisory authority in your EU country. We'd appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

11Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
